You will never be “TOO” muscular
You might as well immediately bust a myth: no, you won't get too muscular while doing weight training, and you will never look like the Hulk. Conversely, your body and your forms will never have been emphasized so much.
This myth of massive muscle gain is completely unfounded, and is based on clichés related to professional athletes who develop very “bodybuilt” bodies. But unless you train 6 hours a day for 10 years, you'll never get anywhere near their looks.
In fact, women often have thinner bones than men, and anabolic hormones (which build muscle) also lower. As such, women gain muscle more slowly than men, and these muscles are less visible. And if your diet is not geared towards "muscle gain", then the risk goes down even further.

Unfortunately, bodybuilding still has a bad image in France, very far from its real benefits.
Yet strength training is the most complete sport there is, allowing you to develop all the muscles in the body, improve coordination of movements and prevent imbalances and physical pain.
It allows you to correct your posture and the harmful effects of a not very active daily life, and teaches you how to perform the simplest everyday actions correctly: picking up an object on the ground, carrying groceries, etc.
